“From two fish ponds and 2,000 fingerlings, I now have six fish ponds stocked with 5,000 fish. I have trained two persons who are established and have begun their own fish farms. I have a casual staff. I am working towards expanding my business and diversifying into poultry when I acquire a personal land. I acquired a personal pumping machine and measuring scale.

“I pay my bills and support my family from the proceeds. YAGEP has created employment for many youths in Delta. I appeal to the Government to engage more youths and to support existing youth farmers in order to provide more food for our people.”
